I've been spending some time reading my old Xanga posts and have been encouraged many times by my own posts...thanks be to God =) So I thought I'd share one with you.

"And he arose, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, Peace, be still. And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm." Mark 4:3
When our fears are getting the better of us, we can hope in this verse. God can come into our hearts and minds and say, "Peace, be still." and there will be a "great calm". Thank God for all He has done for us and continues to do for us each hour of every day.
We all can use a reminder like this!
